Delivery Information
Shipping varies depending on delivery address, time of purchase and item availability. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, after which you should receive a dispatch notification via email.
Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.

Standard shipping in mainland France is free.
Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days.
- International shipping
International shipping is free and shipping times vary from country to country, but your order will usually arrive within 12-15 business days.
- Exchanges and withdrawal
If your item does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
On the other hand, if the article presents a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not relating to misuse, we will exchange it for you.
- Additional costs when ordering
Some banks charge additional fees for your online purchases. Can vary from a few cents to €5, these costs are proportional to the amount of your order and are beyond our control. When you place an order on our site, we only receive the amount indicated at the time of payment.
